Welcome to WIS SPACES, a building automation software-as-a-service (SaaS) mobile application. By accessing or using our application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. Please read these terms carefully before using our application.
Access and Use:
- The Application is provided solely for the purpose of building automation and facility management.
- Access to the Application is granted by the client and may be restricted or revoked at any time.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and ensuring the security of their account.
- The responsibility to monitor and/or control of any building system solely lies at the client's discretion.
- You agree to use our application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
Role-Based Access:
- Access to features and functionalities within the Application is determined by the client and may vary based on user roles.
- Only client’s have the authority to assign and manage user roles, permissions, and access levels within the Application.
Acceptance of Terms:
By using our application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our application.
User Accounts:
In order to access certain features of our application, you may be required to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Intellectual Property:
All content and materials available through our application, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, and videos, are the property of Wenalytics IoT Solutions and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or sell any content from our application without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability:

Termination:
